What’s included:
Christ-Centered Yoga and movement classes two or more mornings per week—there are five time slots available almost every week.
Expert instruction from an experienced movement teacher (Certified Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor and Corrective Exercise Specialist).
Weekly encouragement and motivation.
Direction in managing the ebb and flow of motivation, especially after having an unintended pause in your routine like a trip, illness or mental health day.
Yoga and movement log.

What it costs:
Commitment to present and future self. She needs you.
Time 7-8am 2 days per week in June and July. Take days off if you have a trip.
$200- (think of it as 2-3 nail salon visits, two nice dinners out or a great new pair of shoes—but the habit lasts much longer).

Establishing the habit of moving mindfulness in the morning. You are LITERALLY etching the neural grooves of habit in your mind—you will have the habit of morning movement by the time you finish!

FAQ
Do I need a mat? No. I have a bunch. If you want your own, get one at TJ Maxx. They are around $10.
Do I need to be flexible? No. Always be yourself in your own body, however that shows up in the moment. If that’s currently limited flexibility, you are still in a great starting place. Your flexibility will increase as your body starts to trust the movements.
I’m a beginner. What do I need to know? Yoga only works if you do it. Showing up is the most important step.
Will I be at risk for worshipping idols by participating Christ-Centered in yoga? Anything can be turned into an idol by placing it before your love of God. That can be yoga, or relationships, material resources, money, our reputation, happiness, other people in our lives, our jobs…and the list can go on. Let’s humble ourselves before Jesus and ask Him to let all things fall into their proper priorities with Jesus first in our heart.
I have medical condition and/or an injury. Can I still do this? Probably yes. I have a number of workarounds and modifications for conditions and injuries. You can schedule a private session with me if you want to make sure you are able to modify safely. You should check in with your medical provider for their opinion.
I have a trip planned this summer. How do I stay on track? Awesome! Enjoy the trip! I’ll ask you when you’ll be returning and make sure to reach out reminding you of your commitment to yourself.
